The Enjoyable Life Series is a Community Interest Company designed to enable men and women in all walks of life to understand what really matters in life.  It is about understanding why and how small changes to the way we think; the actions we take and why we take them, can have a significant impact on the quality of our lives and thereby support our emotional, mental, and physical wellbeing.

Our conferences are run to celebrate what it means to be truly human, building community and connecting people across all walks of life and backgrounds.

Monies raised from our events go to support the work of Charities including those aiming to support those members of our community who are currently disadvantaged. The charities we currently support through our conferences are Dress for Success Greater London and Quo Vadis Trust
