Through her consultancy – Synchrony Development Consulting - Yetunde designs, develops, and runs bespoke leadership development programmes for organisations looking to develop their people.


Her special focus is the training and development of leaders in the management of change and the alignment of their teams and organisations behind them.  This can be leadership teams or leaders from across different parts of the organisations.

Her signature inclusive leadership programme – Phoenix Rising – can be adapted to organisations looking to enable a more transparent and collaborative love-based culture that ensures increased productivity whilst bridging the gap and distance between leaders across functions and multiple levels of seniority.

Recognising that leadership, talent, behaviour, accountability, and priority planning are crucial to any company’s sustainable success, Yetunde helps Company Boards and Executive leadership teams in providing the answers to typical business critical questions – for example:

I was charged with organising an Executive Committee conference on Safety, Health, and Environmental improvement. Yetunde facilitated the session on leadership behaviours and accountability.
