Board Director
To her Board roles, Yetunde brings over 13 years of board-level experience, an MBA degree, and a passion for inclusive, ethical, and sustainable business practices. In particular her experiences of M&A, Talent, Operating Model Transformation, Organisation Development, Culture, Succession and Leadership practices will come in and have come in useful. Her board experience as a member or Chair of remuneration committees have enabled her to afford her boards the benefit of her broader professional HR expertise gained from leadership roles in global organisations across a variety of industry sectors.
Yetunde is currently an Independent Non-Executive Director at Cranswick Country Foods Plc. Cranswick is a FTSE 250 food producer with over £2bn in revenues. She serves on the Audit, ESG, Nomination and Remuneration Committees, and is the Designated Board Director for Employee Engagement. She is a former non-Executive Board Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee of Treatt Plc – a global ingredients manufacturer with operations in the USA, China, and the UK and prior to that, was a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the People, Culture and Remuneration Committee of the CIPD – the governing Body of HR in the UK with over 300,000 members globally. Whilst at the CIPD Yetunde was Champion of the Middle East and the Board Race Champion. Yetunde has also sat as a Board Trustee on a number of non-Profit organisations, notably The Education Development Trust – EDT – where she chaired their People, Culture and Remuneration Committee, The Institute of Business Ethics (IBE) and Compassion UK.

Awards and recognition
Yetunde has been recognised for her work – in 2018 she was named one of the top 100 women to watch in the Cranfield UK top 100 women to Watch Female FTSE Board Report.
In 2019 she was recognised by being given an award by Dress for Success, London for Women’s Empowerment
In 2021 She was awarded Chartered Companion Status by the CIPD for her contribution to HR and in the same year was Listed as HR’s 12th Most influential thinker 2021.
